Jerk chili and hot and sour beet soup. Jerk chili is usually made with ground turkey with kidney beans, corn and jerk spices. Hot, sweet and sour beet soup is hot Gianelli turkey sausage, beets, cabbage, diced tomatoes and beef broth, the addition of white vinegar and honey make it sweet and sour. Jalapeno peppers and crushed red add spice.
