Who is your culinary inspiration?My heritage. My family and culture. I love the traditional dishes that were passed down and adding some flare to it by mixing it up and adding my own uniqueness to it .
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards my food business goals and dreams. Which is being able to afford the equipment to get myself going then work towards my food truck and eventually opening up a restaurant.
