I don't have one singular dish...but I'm into making butter salmon or butter chicken right now. The spices and depth of flavor draw me in.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My family. My 12 year old son actually has a sophisticated palate. Plus my wife and other son love anything I cook. My new ideas and recipes all come from them and my love.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would open a food truck. It would be called "Mama Dukes". The nickname we have for my mom and who taught me how to cook.
