Who is your culinary inspiration?

The chefs I work with and associate with. We all have a cultural heritage and food experience that excite us. I try to learn something from everyone I work with.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would travel with my partner and 3 children to experience culture and food at its roots. Also, pay off some debt.
