Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmothers 👵🏾 are the reason why I am a chef , The way their food would bring my family to the table is memorable. Watching them cook inspired my love for cooking. Their knowledge of how to use certain seasonings for flavor 😋 😉 inspired me to explore the culinary culture in every aspect.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would buy a food truck and make rounds to homeless shelters and feed them some home cooked meals. I believe all people deserve meals and would also offer job opportunities for those looking for work while homeless or on hard times. No one should go to bed hungry and everyone deserve a chance.
