Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration is all the Colombian Chefs trying to make a name for themselves. Which also includes me. Also all the Colombian Chefs who are already established such as Juan Manuel Barrientos (el cielo) Jaime Rodriguez (celele) Alvaro Clavijo (el chato)
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest into my Catering Business. I would buy new supplies needed to be successful.
