Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom got me started cooking . I was scared to tell people I liked to cook. In the 70s as a kid you would only see moms cook . Very rare did men cook . As I got older I realized men do cook . So after it was out that I cooked . I never stopped .All I want is to open a small deli! I feel opening a deli , it will bring people together.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $$ to open up a deli ! I just want to share my foods !! Anything I cook , I take serious. I been living in Phoenix Arizona since 1995. I want to bring some Bronx style home cooking to the tables, not a chain food.
