Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from a blend of tow worlds: Moroccan an French cuisined. I am deeply inspired by the rich history,bold spices, and slow- cooking traditions of moroccan food.At the same time,I admire french cuisine fir its precise techniques, elegance, and balance of flavors. Combining the warmth of Moroccan heritage with the refinement of french culinary arts is what truly drives my passion in the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $ 25,000, i would invest first in my education by taking advanced culinary courses in French Technique and Moroccan Gastronomy. The rest of the money would serve as capital to start my own culinary project, like a boutique catering service or a pop-up restaurant that blends french refinement with moroccan flavors.
