Receive Text UpdatesA true comfort food, my signature dish is a crispy garlic grilled cheese and artichoke arugula salad. I like to share this with a refreshing basil, mint, and cucumber water! Although it is simple, it is nurishing. I like that anyone can easily make this dish or tweak it to make it their own!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I admire Chef Vivian Howard for her inspiring life story and earnest connection with people. She has an appreciation for food, history, and tradition with the dishes she creates. I find her relatable and such an incredibly strong woman!
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I would open a small cafe that would serve the community. I aspire to bring people together around food and art to share ideas in an inspiring creativity-focused space. Simple dishes to promote a welcoming space just may lead to magical things!
