Who is your culinary inspiration?Strong women business owners and chefs who hold up this industry- from celebrity chefs like Anne Burrell and Alex Guarnaschelli to the strong female mentors in my community who taught me everything I know.
What would you do with the $25,000?Being a chef is not a high-grossing career. I would use this money to finally give myself and my family who have helped me along the way a hard-earned break from the daily grind, and finally know how it feels not to live paycheck to paycheck.
