Who is your culinary inspiration?My "why" is my six children. Being a father of six means mastering diverse tastes and proving that with a single idea, anything can be created. I started at the Spenser’s Creek Growers Market, and despite the uphill battle of renovating my own food cart from the studs up, my drive hasn't wavered. What would you do with the $25,000?This $25,000 is the key to finishing my food cart and launching Dad-E’s Savory Blends. My priority is installing the professional hood and fire suppression system that brought my progress to a halt.
