Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up I watched my mother ,grandma and aunt cook on my grandmother farm! They made everything from scratch andI was fascinated by the process! They did a lot of canning and preserving! I always remember watching Julia Childs cooking show on my mother's Black and White TV! I love her Chicken stew dish(Con au Vin) and dreamed of making it one day! I would quiz my mother about the ingredients and wondered why we didn't have any parsley or pearl onions in our kitchen!
