Hmmm….is hard to look for a signature dish, I like to cook different thinks, but I will say that my signature dish is ossobuco, ossobuco has a nice history and a really warm feeling, every time i made that it bring me remembrance when i was at culinary school, was one of the first dishes that i learn to make, and makes my family sit together at the table and share a nice dinner time
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have a lot of inspiration coming from my family, my culture and traditions, I am from Mexico so I like to play with different ingredients and cooking techniques, but my strongest inspiration is my spouse and two kids, I always cook thinking in them
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the money, I will used that one for to pay a down payment for a house just a part, I will like to stop moving around with my family, and give them something that is for them, and at the same time I will pay our residence, I am here with NAFTA treatment, and back home we don’t have anything left, so here is our home, so if I won this I will give my two sons, the stability and security in this country
