Too many to list right now. Currently, I've been transforming a lot of traditional comfort food dishes into vegan versions. I've also created a menu of pizzas that have never been done.
Who is your culinary inspiration?One of my best friends from childhood, Ryan. He is a professional chef and post his recipes everyday. I get so much inspiration from him. Plus my family's heritage is an added bonus.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'm pretty sure I said this last year... But the same goes for this year. This would go towards my dream of owning a food truck. It would be called Ma Dukes. Nicknamed from my mom
