Who is your culinary inspiration?I love Gordon Ramsay’s rustic and warming dishes, so I have to see him.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would use it to open a small farm-to-table restaurant with seating for 30 to 45 guests. My vision would be a weekly changing menu featuring inspiring dishes made completely from scratch and from the heart. I would focus on quality over quantity, creating a unique and memorable dining experience for every guest.
