Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is the feeling you would get having dinner with your large extended family on a Sunday after spending the entire day together.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put the money towards opening my own not so big restaurant. I want my future place to feel like stepping into someone’s grandmothers house.
