Receive Text UpdatesI really don't have a signature dish but I do run a BBQ chicken stand which is going to help with my non-profit for veterans and first responders. I offer BBQ chicken breast (boneless) and leg quarters with choice of smoked cornbread, smoked shells and cheddar, potato salad, macaroni salad and Cole slaw. All homemade of course.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Nana. She was the best cook I ever knew. God rest her soul.
What would you do with the $25,000?Donate a portion to my non-profit and use the rest to finance either a food truck or food stands at the local markets in Lancaster PA and surrounding counties.
