Receive Text Updatesi dont necessarily have a signature dish , i love a good sauce over different proteins. so i will say i love preparing different dishes of proteins, with sauces to complement with starch and vegetables to bring it all together. starch and vegetables i like to mix and match .
Who is your culinary inspiration?my family . i watched my mother, aunts , and older brother work at a high end restaurant. Mother worked in pantry , aunts ...one on saute/fry station , other on grill. Older brother was a dishwasher. All very important parts of that restaurants success.
