What is your signature dish?

Smoked Chicken Tinga Tostadas – crispy tostadas, smoky tinga, avocado crema, pickled onions. Over all just just tinga you can make it in a variety of ways including a chef bowl, birria fusion tacos or even a poblano stuffed style pepper

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My biggest culinary inspiration is my family. They taught me that food brings people together, creates memories, and shows love without saying a word. Their cooking inspired me to pursue a career in the kitchen and eventually open my own restaurant.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would invest it in building my future restaurant. I would use the funds to purchase equipment, develop recipes, cover startup costs, and continue my culinary education. Most importantly, it would help turn a lifelong dream into a place where I can share great food, create opportunities for others, and serve my community.
