Ok never thought of this. I’ll ask my wife. She said everything is good but if she had to pick one today it would be. Steak and lobster with a lobster bisque sauce. Mushroom risotto and peeled pan seared asparagus.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Oh wow there is so many people that I watch on TV and fallow on social media. My family and friends. My wife has an allergy to peppers. Even plain black pepper. So I have to try to recreate dishes she sees on shows and make them so she can eat them. I cook for all them.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will not spend it on another grill or smoker. Had to put that down cause my wife was looking. I would like to redo my back yard cooking area. But bathroom renovation comes first. What’s left will go toward my outdoor kitchen.
