Who is your culinary inspiration?My Father was my inspiration, he worked all day at GM in Detroit Michigan. After work, he went fishing or rabbit hunting . My father grew vegetables 70 miles away on a farm where he helped a family maintain their crops. My dad cooked quietly as he slowly sauteed the vegetables and homemade gravy to perfection. Afterwhich, he fried and smothered fish or rabbit over white rice with hot water corn bread. His spices were simple but rich in flavor.
