Who is your culinary inspiration?I have had the good fortune to work with a bunch of chefs over the past 30 years. Martin Kouprie took me under his wing at Pangaea and that’s where I really learned to cook. It was there that he showed me that it was all about cooking and he showed me the Business side.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000 I pay off some the debts that I have accumulated, chef life doesn’t always pay the best. I think be able to pay off some debt and start fresh with some money in the bank would be amazing. Also I would like to go on a nice vacation
