Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is changes with the seasons. I am always told that I make the best salads and dressing. In the summer I try to use what comes out of my garden. I like to keep it light. I do make killer pan roasted fish or chicken. That would be topped with a Garlic, white wine and fresh herb sauce. In the winter I tend to cook a little more hearty. Beef bourguignons is a go to when it's cold out.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Anthony Bourdain, Bobby Flay and José Andrés. My true inner inspiration is from travelling to some very poor countries where families were so poor that it would make me cry inside. Not from tears of sadness, but from tears of joy. It always warmed my heart that people with so little barely had enough food to share but no matter what food always brought people and families together.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would probably purchase a van for easier transport to my customers. Either that or I would take my family to Italy. My wife works really hard and could use a break. We have never been to Italy together. In fact, she has never been.
