They are all my babies! My mom’s cake and sauce a black mom’s kitchen cake to my French veal sauté Gruyere. Don’t even get me started on my cornbread! Ya it’s cornbread.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My very first inspiration was my nana and mom followed by most of the female food tv host like Ina, Martha and Ms Carla
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use half to publish my cook book and the other half to start a kids cooking program in our community centre. This centre is focused on kids and families below living income standards
