Who is your culinary inspiration?When I was a kid it was Julia Child, and Justin Wilson. Of course Martha Stewart. I love Chef Morimoto for his technique and knife skills, and Matty Matheson for his humor. Hard to pick just one so I'll say my mom, because of her, I learned to season my food.
What would you do with the $25,000?There's a restaurant around the corner for sale that needs an owner like me to feed the local neighborhoods.
