I have quite a few; however I just made “Slap Your Momma Sugar Cookies”. Also Baked salmon w/rice and veggies Mac n cheese Pasta with mushrooms
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother- I never cooked until 25 years ago when I met my husband. I watched my grandmother cook but never really picked up the skill. When I turned 40 I was given the recipe for her famous cookies, that opened my world to baking and now cooking all the time.
What would you do with the $25,000?Start my cottage kitchen- during Covid I was making “taco kits” for friends and neighbors. (Fresh tortillas, homemade guacamole, and fresh homemade chips with a side of hot sauce and a shot of tequila). I’m always making cakes, cookies, pies and numerous dishes that friends always said, you should sale your food! So yes, that 25k will help me get started in making my passion of food into a true passion project.
