Who is your culinary inspiration?Honestly my biggest inspiration is myself. And life experiences that shaped my cooking. I learned from family tradition and years of feeding people with love and style comes from the heart and every dish tells apart of my story.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25,000 to invest in my food truck business. And build a future doing what I truly love- cooking. I want to create a successful food brand that brings comfort, flavor and community to people everywhere.
