Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish would have to be my meatballs. I have spent a lot of years perfecting the recipe and it's a great dish because it utilizes prosciutto scrap that would normally hit the garbage.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My first culinary inspiration is Alton Brown. He always showed the scientific approach to food and why it cooks the way it does on a molecular level. Then further in my career I worked with chef Rick Tramonto. He really mentored me on what it means to be a great chef.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to put towards my dream of operating a sandwich shop. My sandwich shop would focus on great local products and globally inspired techniques.
