Who is your culinary inspiration?Elias White. He has been my close friend & mentor for the better part of a decade. I got my first chef title as his Sous, that man has put more faith in me than he probably should have at times, but let me grow on my own while guiding me and giving me the profound belief to never fear failure. Him and I have made so many beautiful things together and I am eternally grateful for his friendship and being the mentor ive always needed.
What would you do with the $25,000?First I would move out of my 1 bedroom apartment to get a larger space so my son could have his own room again! I would also take my son to Disneyland, he's always wanted to go and ive never had the time or money. Then id give 2 thousand to local mental health charities here in Albuquerque. Whatever is left would go between mine and my son Micahs savings accounts.
