My signature dish is homemade chicken fried chicken served with creamy mac & cheese and fluffy mashed potatoes. I make everything from scratch using classic comfort ingredients and a generous helping of love. It’s the kind of meal that warms your heart and brings back memories of home-cooked goodness. Every bite is a taste of comfort, craft with care and meant to be shared with those you love.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is a blend of Rachael Ray’s approachable home cooking, Bobby Flay‘s bold flavors and grilling expertise, and Guy Fieri’s fun, adventure, spirit. Each of them brings something unique to the table Rachel‘s ease, Bobby‘s creativity, and Guy’s energy all of which inspired me to cook with passion, try new things, and make every meal and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I would open my own family home cook restaurant, creating a warm and welcoming space where everyone can enjoy comforting dishes made from scratch. I’d focus on sharing my signature recipes, all prepared with love and quality ingredients. My goal would be to bring people together over delicious food and build a community around. Great homestyle cooking.
