Receive Text UpdatesOur crowd favorite is our Smoked Brisket Enchilada Balls. Our slow smoked brisket chopped and mixed with Oaxaca cheese, Spanish rice, rolled in panco crumbs deep fried and served on a bed of our smoked elote with hot Cheeto dust.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have a few that range from Earnest Sevantes to Aaron Sanchez. A handful of pitmaster, Miguel Vidal, Robert Serra, Rand Dunkin, Randy Rosen,and my cook teammate Richard Flores
What would you do with the $25,000?That money would be used to get the bbq trailer kitchen I’ve been looking at for almost 2 years.
