Who is your culinary inspiration?"Travel changes you," Anthony Bourdain famously noted. He is my ultimate inspiration because he proved food can break down walls and alter perspectives. I’ve adopted that mindset for the plant-based future. Representing Dom & Redd’s, my goal is to travel and connect with people through flavor. By bringing the bold, authentic heat of my El Paso heritage to the vegan table, I'm showing that plant-based food can cross borders, tell powerful stories, and change lives.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning the $25,000 is our ultimate opportunity to scale and grow! 🚀🔥I am incredibly excited to invest these funds into a camper van and a pull-behind food concession trailer for Dom & Redd’s. This will launch us into our next level of growth! 🚐💨It gives us the wings to hit the road and spread our plant-based mission across the country, with our proud home base in El Paso.
