My signature would be lemon herb braised chicken with carrots and potatoes that’s my go to but my rack of lamb with miso glaze asparagus and rice I have a lot to choose from
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from experimenting in the kitchen. My mom worked a lot and I had to learn from recipes found in magazines or watching the cooking network. I would push my self to go out of my comfort zone and develop skills, techniques and create some of the most delicious meals I’ve had ever made. From sushi to soul food Ive self mastered recipes and created my own version of dishes. You can say I’m well seasoned.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25,000 for a house deposit.
