My signature dish is Chicken Alfredo, it is my husband's favorite dish next to pizza.
Who is your culinary inspiration?First, my paternal Grandmother because she gave me my first cooking lesson, which was how to cook scrambled eggs, at 5 years old. At that age, cooking was the coolest thing that I had ever done. Second, my Mother because she could not cook without a boxed diner.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I would buy a food truck to start my business and sell healthy food straight from my heart.
