Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Cristeta Comerford very well known for serving as the White House Executive Chef. Appointed in 2005 by First Lady Laura Bush, she cooked for five U.S. presidents and became a symbol of diversity and excellence in American culinary leadership. Her cooking reflects both classical European technique and Filipino heritage, occasionally incorporating native flavors like adobo and tamarind into refined dishes. She became known for her adaptability, collaborative leadership.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win $25,000, I will use it to pursue my passion for cooking, continue growing in the culinary industry, and go back to school to further my education and achieve my dreams. Make a collaborative work, connect with the people that also have a same passion as I am, inspires future generation that if you truly love Culinary Arts, no matter how broke you are, or whatever gender, nationality you have, food speaks and connect to people.
