Who is your culinary inspiration?Julia Child, for a million reasons. I was lucky enough to cook at La Peetch last year, a gift partly paid for by my friends and students.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would research the best locations across the globe where I could create affordable cooking excursions, where they could experience total immersion, learn all about traditional foods, ingredients, and where they come from, even how things are made, like olive oil, chocolate, soy sauce, kimchi, cheese, wine, etc. how the Terroir can affect everything, not just grapes.
