My handcrafted original flavors for my chicken wings are hands down top rated and talked about. Just about anything pertaining to southern comfort food I can execute with my own twist. Cooking is just a true passion at my core so overall I feel like all of them are signature because it's my style and my unique flavors that I bring each time to the kitchen.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My deceased grandmother plays an intricate role in my cooking abilities. She was my care giver while my mom worked. The amount of love and intentionality she put in every meal is unmatched. She made sure we had breakfast, lunch and dinner but was very strategic in her process. She turned nothing into something with her eyes closed that's how good she was.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely put a down payment for a house for me and my family. I want my son to have his own backyard to play in and Mama needs big kitchen for her to play in.
