Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration falls back to my hometown in Dominican Republic where I understood time, patience and season. I met incredible chefs, cooks, dishwashers, farmers, fishermans, abuelas, mechanics, you name it. Everything I've learned came from love and patience and dedication. Thats how I try to set an example everyday.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to do a book alongside street photographers, about the ambiance that embodies cooking in the Dominican Republic in a family setting, plus authentic Dominican food recipes. I want to capture what I experienced in the Dominican Republic for 20 years.
