Who is your culinary inspiration?I became a signature baker thanks to my mother and family, who taught me cherished recipes and showed me how to make cheesecake, and to assemble cakes from scratch. My aunt who lives in Louisiana and my aunt who lives in Phoenix, Arizona, also played a huge role in my journey, teaching me how to cook and thoughtfully put flavors and dishes together. I deeply value these memories, as they shaped not only my skills..
What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $250,000, I would open my own restaurant or purchase a food truck and continue working toward my dream of owning my own restaurant. I love cooking and baking, and I enjoy seeing the joy my food brings to others.
