Receive Text UpdatesSome of my signature dishes at Bamboozels are our homemade Meatloaf Stacker, Chicken Over Biscuits, and the Spooner Bamwich, comfort food favorites that our customers come back for again and again. I love creating scratch-made dishes that are hearty, flavorful, and feel like home. I also enjoy creating weekly specials like my Cheddar Chicken Over Rice that have developed their own following over the years.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from family, tradition, and the people I cook for every day. I grew up believing food brings people together, and some of the best memories are made around the dinner table. I admire chefs who create comfort, connection, and happiness through simple, honest cooking. That’s always been the heart of what I try to do at Bamboozels.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it back into Bamboozels by upgrading equipment, expanding our homemade menu offerings, supporting my staff, and creating even more community events. Independent restaurants are built on passion and hard work, and this would help us continue growing while staying true to the scratch-made comfort food our customers love.
