My signature dish is a BBQ-infused Pla Beef Thai Eggplant Salad. It features smoky, flame-grilled beef with rich barbecue flavors, paired with fresh Thai eggplant, aromatic herbs, and a zesty Thai dressing. The combination of charred beef, crisp vegetables, and bold sweet, savory, and tangy notes creates a unique dish that blends authentic Thai flavors with a distinctive BBQ influence.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my mom. She has always cooked with love, patience, and creativity. Watching her prepare meals for our family taught me the importance of good food, hard work, and bringing people together through cooking. Her recipes, dedication, and passion continue to inspire me every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I receive $25,000, I will use the money to help my family. First, I will save money toward buying a home for my family. I will also provide financial support to my wife and my mother to help with their needs. In addition, I will set aside money for my daughter's education so she can have a bright future and good opportunities. My goal is to use this money responsibly to improve my family's life and provide long-term security.
