Do I really have to pick just one? Aloo Tikka Burger, potato burger with, Indian spices, cilantro, green chili, spicy mayo, pickled onions or a brioche bun. Humble Pie, shepherds pie with short rib of beef, carrots, celery, onions, peas and corn. Topped with the world's best mashed potatoes
Who is your culinary inspiration?Mom! I started cooking with mom when I was 5 years old. I got to help with dinner and eventually began preparing the whole meal by myself. She enrolled me in a "Jr. Chef" class at the YMCA and that's where it all began.
What would you do with the $25,000?My dream is to open up my own restaurant. I am a food vendor at several farmers markets and my concept is everything potato. My business is called The Humble Spud. All my dishes have potato or sweet potato in them.
