Receive Text UpdatesMy favorite dish is Cajun chicken and shrimp Alfredo with spinach. I love the creamy Alfredo sauce mixed with the bold Cajun seasoning that gives it the perfect kick. The shrimp and tender chicken blend together so well, and adding spinach brings freshness and balance to the dish. It’s comforting, flavorful, and filling all at once. Whether homemade or from a restaurant, it’s always my go-to meal because every bite is rich, savory, and satisfying.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I was inspired to cook by my mom, my grandmother, and my Nana, who all cook incredibly well. Growing up around amazing homemade meals taught me that food brings people together and creates lasting memories. Watching them cook with love, creativity, and passion inspired me to develop my own skills in the kitchen. Cooking has become more than just preparing meals for me—it’s something I truly enjoy and feel passionate about because it allows me to express myself and make others happy.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would use it to help open my own restaurant and turn my passion for cooking into a business that brings people together through great food and hospitality. It would also give me the opportunity to invest in equipment, supplies, and building my brand. I would also take a much-needed vacation to relax, recharge, and celebrate accomplishing a major goal after working so hard to pursue my dreams.
