Who is your culinary inspiration?Too many to mention. I go as far back as the galloping gourmet and Julia Childs first season. I have seen decades of wonderful performances by so many chefs. I get inspiration from shopping for ingredients,or a region that I visit. Born and raised in San Francisco, so I’ve had every food style and experienced the cuisine and culture of so many different people. I’m blessed.
