While I love to make all different dishes, my signature dish would have to be my Roman Chicken over a creamy, pecorino-romano polenta!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Emeril Lagasse. I watched Emeril Live with Doc Gibbs and the E.L. band, everyday. He even inspired me to ask for my first chef "whites" for Christmas. My Nana came through, she is also a huge part of my culinary love and journey... She taught me a lot of what I know, and everything else was filled in by Emeril.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to really get my family bread business off of the ground. My dream is to do that full time and leave a lasting legacy beyond my family tree!
