I have quite a few, bjt the one that will always stick out to me is a Gahram Masala Foasted lam with sweet potato/ginger purée, with a pomogranite reduction, and watercress. A true Chefs Kiss.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Grandmother, My Mother, and My Aunt. I used to sit on a milk crate in the corner of my Grandmother's kitchen and just watch her for hours. And every now and then if she was baking she would let me lick the batter bowl. Peak 90's fat kid era type ish.
What would you do with the $25,000?Honestly id pay off my car. Get ot fixed, anf probably invest the rest of it so I could start building something for myself. I've struggled a long time. And Id like a leg up finacially.
