Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is Bobby Flay. Growing up, I watched him on Iron Chef and became fascinated by the intensity of culinary competition. I loved watching Throwdown! and Beat Bobby Flay because he confidently took on dishes he had never made before and still won through bold flavors, creativity, and skill. His fearless approach inspired me to trust my own flavors and push culinary boundaries.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning $25,000 would help me take ChatBoutCuisine to the next level through professional seasoning packaging, branding, and production. It would also help me purchase essential restaurant equipment as I work toward opening the restaurant my mother once dreamed of owning. This opportunity would allow me to turn passion into purpose, build a lasting legacy, and bring people together through flavor, culture, and healing.
