My signature dish is an all meat lasagna with all the cheeses, meats and love I can put into it. I have prepared it for my family and it’s our comfort dish when we feel love is needed to bring us together. And that’s what’s in my dishes Love and deliciousness.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Well I have always watched Carla as well in many different morning shows she has been on and it inspired me to go for my dreams and aspirations of becoming a great chef one day.
What would you do with the $25,000?What I would do with $25,000 is to first take a well needed mind break and vacation with my family and pay off debts and finish repairs on my home that are much needed. I never had $25,000 dollars at one time in my life but, it would also be life changing experience and very much needed to take care of my family and myself for a change.
