My most recent signature dish is a pasta dish made with a whole head of smoked garlic, carmelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, grated parmesan cheese and beef stock. It's DeeLish and simply DeeVine!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom and grandmas were my culinary inspirations growing up. I loved watching Julia Childs when I was young. As an adult, I have found inspiration from many different sources. The chefs (Carla) and cooks on TV, the internet, and social media. My friends and family. The chef at a restaurant or event, that has created a terrific dish that I want to duplicate or tweak, and add my own spin on it. There is inspiration all around. You just have to be still enough to recognize it and take it in.
What would you do with the $25,000?Remodel my kitchen! I feel I could be so much more inspired with having the right tools and equipment.
