Who is your culinary inspiration?I’ve got my inspiration from my own Mother , who was a midwife and when she’s not home I was the chef in the house to cook my dad and the siblings.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will use this money to continue to help young women in Haiti to get a better life by starting a culinary school in the area where I’ve been helping with free education.
